Transfers: Bunk Campers require flight details. Collections are at Dublin International Airport and Belfast International Airport. Clients are to telephone the Bunk Campers number once their luggage is collected and the coach transfer will come to collect them.
Safe Nights Ireland: SNI provides safe overnight parking for campervans and motorhomes at over 100 locations across Ireland at prices up to EUR10 per night. By being members of SNI, Bunk Campers are able to offer your customers a great value, safe alternative to free camping. Much cheaper than campsites and offer overnight facilities (electricity, water etc).
Exclusions:
One Way Fees: There is a one way rental fee of EUR75 + Tax /rental for picking up and returning to a different location. International one way fees (outside Ireland) are not permitted.
Additional Drivers: EUR10 + Tax /day applies. This fee is prepaid in Australian Dollars.
Young Driver's Surcharge: For drivers aged between 21-24 years a surcharge of EUR25 + Tax /day applies. Young Drivers are only permitted to drive the Roadie & Ranger vehicle types. This fee is prepaid in Australian Dollars.
Conditions:
Calculation of Rates: Rates are based on seasonal calendar days.
Minimum Age: Roadie - 21 years. Ranger - 23 years. Aero, Vista, Grande - 25 years.
Maximum Age: 70 years.
Licence Requirement: All drivers must have held a full, valid licence for at least 1 year. The drivers licence must be current and be valid for the whole duration of the rental.
Minimum Rental: 7 days. Subject to change in peak periods i.e. Christmas.
Collection Time: Pick up time is between 10am-4pm.
Return Time: Return time is between 10am-4pm.
Branch Hours: All depots are open 7 days a week between 10am-4pm. If the collection/return is on a Sunday, an additional surcharge of EUR50 + Tax /rental will apply. Depots are closed from 01 Dec-30 Jan.
After Hours: Available upon application for an additional charge.
Optional Extras:
Bunk Kit: EUR25 + Tax per person /rental. Includes pillows & duvets, Sheets & bed covers, towels, outdoor chair (one per person) and outdoor table (maximum one per group).
Roof Racks and Roof Box: On request. Price available on application.
GPS Satellite Navigation: EUR5 + Tax /day.
Insurance/Excess Reduction:
Insurance Excess: Roadie - EUR1,000 + Tax. Ranger, Aero, Vista - EUR1,200 + Tax. Grande - EUR1,500 + Tax.
Excess Reduction: EUR25 + Tax /day. This fee is prepaid in Australian Dollars. Exclusions apply.
Special Insurance Cover: EUR55 + Tax /rental. This fee is prepaid in Australian Dollars. Gives you cover for any damage to the vehicle windscreen, tyres and mirrors.

Additional Information:
Child Seats: Bunk Campers do not hire out child seats. They will allow you to bring your own seat.
Vehicle Age/Vehicle Type: Approx. 0-4 years but generally 2 years old. Vehicles cannot be requested by make or model, only by vehicle category.
Security Deposit: Cash - Not available. Credit Card - deposit debited AUD1,000-1,500 plus security deposit and cleaning deposit, depending on the vehicle.
Animals in Vehicle: No animals are permitted inside the motorhomes.
Smoking in Vehicles: Smoking is not permitted in any of the vehicles.
Fuel: Clients are advised to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel, the same as collection.
Cleaning Fee: Indoor cleaning charges will apply if the vehicle is not returned clean.
VAT: VAT is applied to those items paid at time of collection.

Travel Restrictions:
- All Vehicles must be driven on sealed/Bitumen Roads.
- Driving is not permitted on the Connor Pass, Country Kerry.
- Bunk Campers cannot be driven outside of Ireland.
