Dish Set: Crockery - plates, drinking glasses, pots, cutlery.

Vehicle Kit: Balancing wedges to allow levelling of the vehicle, Toilet Chemicals, CI cable, cable reel, watering hose or watering can. More items are included in this kit and will vary between locations and vehicle types.

Exclusions:

Service Fee: Compulsory Fee, prepaid in Australian Dollars. Convert EUR amount in to AUD.
Special Class, Compact Standard, Compact Plus: EUR99 /rental. Compact Luxury, Family Standard, Family Plus, Family Luxury, Comfort Standard, Comfort Plus, Premium Standard: EUR129 /rental. Premium Plus, Premium Luxury: EUR145 /rental.

Transfers: Prepaid in Australian Dollars. Transfers available upon application in Frankfurt and Emmerich locations only. Standard collection times still apply.

Conditions:

Calculation of Rates: Rates are based on seasonal calendar days.

Minimum Age: 21 years and 25 years for the Family, Luxury & Premium groups.

Maximum Age: No limit.

Licence Requirement: All drivers must have held a full, valid licence. The drivers licence must be current and be valid for the whole duration of the rental. The renter must be in possession of a valid identity card / passport and driving licence. Vehicle groups Special, Compact, Family and Comfort - the renter must have been in possession of a category III or category B driving licence for at least one year. The normal Australian Driving Licence is fine.
Vehicle group Premium have an overall weight of more than 3.5 tons. This requires possession of a category III or category C/C1 driving licence for at least 3 years. Please note that some of the Rental Firm‘s vehicles have a total weight of more than 3.5 tonnes and to drive these vehicles an appropriate driving licence is required. The client is advised to check with their local RTA Office if their licence permits them to drive these vehicles sizes (driving licence requirements are either below 3.5 tonne or over 5.5 tonne).

Minimum Rental: Depending on the season and location, the minimum rental requirement is between 7 and 14 days in peak seasons.

Collection Time: Pick up time varies between locations. Generally, the collection time is Monday to Friday between 12pm-3pm. Confirmation of your collection time will be stated on your final invoice.

Return Time: Return time varies between locations. Generally, the return time is Monday to Friday between 9am-11am. Confirmation of your return time will be stated on your final invoice.

Branch Hours: Open Monday-Friday. Collection/returns on saturday are on a request basis and an additional prepaid fee will apply. All depots are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

After Hours: Not available.

Optional Extras:

Bed Sets: EUR51 /person. Includes: Sheet, blanket, pillow, pillowcase.

Camping Sets: EUR35 /rental.

Towel Sets: EUR16 /person.

Child Seats: EUR22 /rental.

Booster Seats (raised seat): EUR11 /rental.

Snow Chains (used): EUR51 /rental.

Insurance/Excess Reduction:

Insurance Excess: Comprehensive coverage with a deductible of EUR1,200 + Tax for each event of damage or loss. Partial coverage with a deductible of EUR500 + Tax per loss.

Excess Reduction: Not available.

PAI: Not available.

Additional Information:

Vehicle Age: Approx. 0-2 years.

Security Deposit: Cash - Not available. Credit Card - Required, deposit debited EUR1,200. American Express & Diners Club not accepted.

Animals in Vehicle: Transporting domestic animals is subject to direct approval by the station. When returned to the station, the vehicle must have the same degree of cleanness as in case of return without a domestic animal. Additional cleaning fees may be charged.

Smoking in Vehicles: Smoking is not permitted in any of the vehicles.

Fuel: Client is advised to return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel, the same as collection.

Storage: Not available at the McRent depots.

Cleaning Fee: Indoor cleaning charges will apply if the vehicle is not returned clean.

Local Tax: Local Tax is applied to those items paid at time of collection.

Travel Restrictions:

• Domestic and International one way rentals are not permitted.
• Special conditions apply for travel into Poland and the Ukraine for the 2012 UEFA European Championship (09 June-02 July 2012), contact DriveAway for full details.
• Travelling to countries outside of Europe are subject to the prior approval of the Rental Firm.
• Travelling to areas affected by war or crisis are prohibited.
