Pick-up: When you arrive, after you have retrieved your luggage, using a public phone, contact MDS/Amsterdam on 0208 903 846 from the Netherlands (+31 208 903 846 from outside the Netherlands). You will be picked up by the “Crowne Plaza Hotel” shuttle (situated at the HOTEL SHUTTLE A9-13 stop) and driven to the MDS/Amsterdam reception center to pick up your vehicle (4 km). You can only pick up your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or based on an appointment confirmed 3 working days in advance. We will wait for you for 1 hour after the actual arrival of the flight planned, and 30 minutes after your appointement time. Should you change flights or your appointment time, you must warn MDS/Amsterdam so that they will wait for you.

Drop-off: Make an appointment by phone 72 hours in advance at 0208 903 846 from the Netherlands (+31 208 903 846 outside the Netherlands). When you return to the airport in the shuttle bus, you will be taken as close as possible to the Departures area. MDS/Amsterdam – Crowne Plaza Hotel – Planeetbaan 2, Hoofddorp – Amsterdam, 2132 HZ Netherlands. You can only drop off your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or based on an appointment confirmed 3 working days in advance.

Appointments can be made by phone: Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm. Appointments cannot be made by phone during weekends or public holidays.

Attention: Pick-ups and drop-offs at Amsterdam airport are handled seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays, upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 3 working days in advance with MDS/Amsterdam.

How to get there:

• By car: Take highway A 4 in the direction of Airport Schiphol, exit at exit 3 Hoofddorp. Follow the signs for Hoofddorp. The Crown Plaza hotel is 500 m on the left.
