Pick-up: On arrival and after collecting your baggage, contact MDS / Barcelona using the freephone number 800 300 389 from a public telephone. You will be picked up and taken by minibus to the MDS / Barcelona welcome centre to pick-up your vehicle (1 km away). The minibus will come to collect you from “Parking G MICROBUSOS Hotel” (hotel car park G minibuses). To get to the center, follow the arrows for Parking G, then take the footbridge to get to level zero and at level zero, you will find the designated MDS minibus area. We will wait for you for up to 1 hour after the actual arrival time of your scheduled flight and 30 minutes after the time of the appointment. Pick-up is on the condition that flight details are provided or an appointment is confirmed 4 working days in advance. In the event any changes are made to flight times or the appointment time, please make sure you contact the site representative to let them know to wait for you.

Drop-off: Call to make an appointment at least 3 working days in advance on 93 184 56 71 from Spain (or on +34 93 184 56 71 outside Spain). The vehicle return centre is situated 1 km from the airport at the following address: MDS / Barcelona – Autovia de Castelldefels (c31) kilomètre 187. An MDS courtesy minibus will take you to the airport and leave you as close as possible to your departure terminal. Drop-off is on the condition that an appointment is confirmed with MDS / Barcelona 4 working days in advance.

Attention: Pick-up and drop-offs at Barcelona airport are available every day including weekends and public holidays for flight numbers or for appointments confirmed 4 working days in advance via MDS / Barcelona.

How to get to the drop off:

• By car: From Barcelona: Take the C31. Take the exit marked “VILADECANS, Les Filipines”. At the roundabout, follow the signs for “Tennis, MDS BARCELONA”. The car park is 150 meters down on the right.
• By car: From Tarragona: Take the C31. Take the exit marked “VILADECANS, Les Filipines”. At the 1st roundabout keeping left, go over the bridge. At the 2nd roundabout follow the signs for “Tennis, MDS BARCELONA”. The car park is 150 meters down on the right.
