Calais Ferry Terminal

Pick-up: Go to the WALON FRANCE counter situated in the Terminal Est Car Ferry Hall by following the signs for Terminal Est Car Ferry Parking Visiteurs. A toll-free telephone at the counter is provided for your use. After calling, you will be looked after by a WALON FRANCE representative. You can only pick up your vehicle with an appointment confirmed 2 working days in advance. Pick-ups can be arranged 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays (except 25th December and 1st January).

Drop-off: You must have an appointment to drop off your vehicle. Use the courtesy telephone at the Walon France counter. Drop-off office: Walon France counter, East Terminal Car Ferry or Hoverport, 62100 Calais. Follow the signs for Terminal Est Car Ferry Parking Visiteurs. You can only drop off your vehicle with an appointment confirmed 2 working days in advance. Drop-offs can be arranged 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays (except 25th December and 1st January). A representative will be waiting for you at the arranged time. The representative will wait for 30 minutes maximum beyond this time.

Opening hours and telephone service: Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to midday – 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday: 8 a.m. to midday – 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments cannot be made by phone on Sundays, or public holidays.

Note: The Calais railway station is 4kms (15-20 minute walk) from the Calais ferry port.
