Pick-up: Go to the office, NATIONAL/CITER, in the arrivals hall. You can only pick up your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.
Drop-off: Park your vehicle at the area park rental, NATIONAL/CITER. If you want to check your car, an agent NATIONAL/CITER will go with you. You can only drop off your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.
Appointments can be made by phone: Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Appointments cannot be made by phone during weekends or public holidays.
Attention: Pick-ups and drop-offs at Lille-Airport are handled seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays, upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance, with NATIONAL/CITER by calling 03 2087 58 03 from France, on +33 3 20 87 58 03 outside France.

- By car: autoroute A1 (direction PARIS), sortie 20 highway A1, exit 20.
- By bus: navette, shuttle bus.

Lille TGV (Railway)
Pick-up: Go to the NATIONAL/CITER office at Lille-Europe station (arrivals hall) follow the sign board “véhicule de location”. You can only pick up your vehicle with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance.
Drop-off: Please return your vehicle on the -3 level of the Vinci car park in Lille Europe train station. If the car park is full; please push the “I” button. And go, to the -1 level in the station, for NATIONAL/CITER office. If you want to check your car, an agent NATIONAL/CITER will go with you.
