Pick-up: As soon as you arrive, after you retrieve your luggage, two courtesy phones are at your disposal with a direct line to Station Export Autos (SEA). They are located in Hall 1 and Hall 4, in the “Arrival” area. For those arriving to the “Low Cost” MP2, call 0 800 112 921 (free number from an airport landline) from the phone booths situated on the right after leaving the baggage reclaim area. You will be picked up by the SEA shuttle near the exit doors and driven to the SEA reception center to pick up your vehicle. You can only pick up your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or based on an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance with SEA at 04 42 14 26 59 from France (on +33 4 42 14 26 59 outside France)*. If you change your flight or appointment, contact SEA.
Drop-off: Go to the SEA drop-off area, zone des Salins, route de l’Aviation-Générale. The SEA shuttle will take you back to the airport. You can only drop off your vehicle upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance*.
Appointments can be made by phone: Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 18:30 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to midday. Appointments cannot be made by phone on Saturday afternoon, Sunday or public holidays.
Attention: *Pick-ups and drop-offs at Marseilles airport are handled seven days a week, from 5am to 10pm including weekends and public holidays, only upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance with SEA.
How to get there:
- By car: From Marseille: highway A 55, then highway A 7, then departmental route D 20 (towards Marignane), and departmental route D 20 (towards Marseilles- Provence airport). Turn right at large airport traffic circle and turn right at second street.
- By car: From Salon-de-Provence or Avignon: highway A 7, Aéroport Marignane exit. Turn right at large airport traffic circle and turn right at second street.
- By car: From Aix-en-Provence: departmental route D 9, then departmental route D 20 (to Airport). Turn right at large airport traffic circle and turn right at second street.
- By bus: From Saint-Charles railway station in Marseilles: 30 minutes by shuttle, departures every 20 minutes.
- By bus: From the TGV railway station in Aix-en-Provence: 20 minutes by shuttle, departures every 30 minutes.
