Pick-up: On the arrival of your flight, contact MDS / Rome on 800 969 277 (toll-free number from an airport landline) or on 06 65 00 14 56. You will be picked up by minibus free-of-charge and taken to the MDS centre 6 km away. To make an appointment for pick-up, you must call at least 3 working days in advance, from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (except public holidays) on 06 65 00 14 56 from Italy (+39 06 65 00 14 56 outside of Italy). We will wait for you for up to 1 hour after the actual arrival time of your scheduled flight and 30 minutes after the time of the appointment. In the event any changes are made to flight times or the appointment time, please contact MDS / Rome to let them know to wait for you.

Drop-off: Call to make an appointment at least 3 working days in advance, from Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm except public holidays, on 06 65 00 14 56 from Italy (+39 06 65 00 14 56 outside of Italy). MDS / Rome – Via delle Pinne, 74 – 00054 Fiumicino Transfer to your departure terminal by minibus will be provided free-of-charge. We will wait for you for up to 30 minutes after your arranged appointment time.

Appointments can be made by phone: Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm Appointments cannot be made by phone during weekends or public holidays.

Attention: Pick-ups and drop-offs at Rome airport are handled seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays, upon presentation of flight details or with an appointment confirmed 4 working days in advance with the MDS / Rome.

How to get there for the drop-off: By car:

• From Rome: take the A12 motorway towards Fiumicino airport L. da Vinci, Civitavecchia. Then take the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA – A91) exit, towards Fiumicino Apt, exit 30.
• From Civitavecchia: take the A12 motorway towards Fiumicino. Then take the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA – A91) exit, towards Fiumicino Apt, exit 30.
• From Florence: take the A1 / E35 motorway towards Rome. Then take the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA – A91) exit, towards Fiumicino Apt, exit 30.
• From Naples: take the A1 / E45 motorway towards Rome. Then take the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA – A91) exit, towards Fiumicino Apt, exit 30.
• Important: the MDS / Rome centre is located in the Parking Blu – Via delle Pinne, 74 – Fiumicino (follow the arrows).
