Strasbourg Airport

Pick-up: Go to the National Citer desk located in the airport terminal car rental zone. Pick-ups are only available for flight numbers or for appointments confirmed 4 working days in advance from Monday to Friday, between 7am and 10:30pm, Saturdays between 9 am and midday, 2pm and 6pm and on Sundays between 1:30pm and 10:30pm. Important: on public holidays pick-ups are available but with restricted hours.

Drop-off: Park in the Car Rental car park P3 located opposite the terminal and then go to the National Citer desk inside the terminal. Important: do not place the keys in the rental booth letter box. Drop-offs are only available for appointments confirmed 4 working days in advance, Monday to Friday between 7am and 10:30pm, on Saturdays between 9am and midday, 2pm and 6pm and on Sundays between 1:30pm and 10:30pm. Important: on public holidays drop-offs are available but with restricted hours.

Appointments can be made by phone: Monday to Friday between 7am and 10.30pm. Appointments cannot be made by phone during weekends or public holidays.

Attention: Pick-ups and drop-offs at Strasbourg airport are available every day including weekends and public holidays for flight numbers or appointments confirmed 4 working days in advance via STRASBOURG National Citer.

How to get there:

• By car: highway A 35 (exit n° 8), then D 400 (towards the airport) and then D 221.
• By train: from Strasbourg’s central railway station, get off at the “Entzheim-Aerober” (walkway direct to the airport).
