Christian Rome

Visit magnificent St Mary Major Basilica; monument to the Mother of Christ. Also visit St John in Lateran Cathedral which was the first Papal residence and houses many masterpieces from the Middle Ages to the Baroque period. Stop at the Holy Stair as well as Catacombs that were the first burial chambers for Christians and Hebrews.

Vatican City Tour

A guided trip with privileged entry to the Vatican Museums where you can admire the Hall of the Greek Cross, the Tapestry Gallery, the statue gallery, many geographical maps and the frescoed Raphael Rooms. The pinnacle of the tour is the Sistine Chapel with its famous and recently resorted artworks by Michaelangelo. Then inside St Peter’s Basilica* and view Le Pieta; Michelangelo’s first sculpture, finishing with the imposing St Peters Square.
