London Transfers
A convenient door to door shuttle bus service between Heathrow Airport and London city hotels. Clients make their way to the dot2dot reception desk on arrival to check-in. Clients are then escorted to the next departing shuttle, where their luggage is loaded and they are then transferred to their London hotel. Luggage assistance is provided right to the hotel door.

Conditions: Service hours: Heathrow all flight serviced. Luggage Restrictions: Oversized luggage, sporting equipment and suitcases in excess of 2 per passenger is charged £3 per item paid direct. No child discount. A child under 3 years not occupying a seat travels free on adults lap. Children under 8 years must sit on a booster seat.
Enjoy the comfort and exclusive use of a private car transfer. The service comes with a ‘meet and greet’ by City Transfers UK staff on arrival at Heathrow and Gatwick airports. Clients just make their way to the airport information desk located within each terminal where their driver will be waiting for them. Services are provided by late model vehicles for parties of up to eight passengers.

Conditions: Sedan is a Rover 75 or similar. Service hours: Heathrow 6am-10pm, Gatwick 6am-4.30pm (Apr-Sep) and 6am-2pm (Oct-Mar). Flight times must be advised at the time of booking. Luggage restrictions may apply. Rates include 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting time, extended waiting times incur a surcharge to be paid direct to City Transfers UK. Transfers can be provided outside regular operating hours – surcharges apply, details on request. No child discount.
Paris Transfers
Air City Service offers popular door to door shuttle bus transfers between Charles de Gaulle or Orly Airports and Paris city hotels.
