You can drive your Peugeot and are covered by insurance and assistance in the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus (Greek Territory only)~, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (including Corsica), Germany, Gibraltar, Greece (including Crete and Greek Islands), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy (including Sicily and Sardinia), Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal (including Azores and Madeira), Romania, San Marino, Serbia*, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (including Balearic and Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland and the Vatican. The cover of insurance provided for Cyprus is limited to the geographical parts of Cyprus which are under control of the government of the Republic of Cyprus. *The cover of insurance provided for Serbia is limited to the Republic of Montenegro and the geographical parts of Serbia which are under control of the government of the Republic of Serbia. What happens if my vehicle is stolen or I have an accident?

Detailed information is available in the Peugeot Travel Book which is supplied in your vehicle as well as Online, however it is relatively simple. You need to follow the same procedure as you would at home. Contact the police and fill out an accident report form. You must contact the Peugeot Customer Assistance Team as soon as possible and follow their instructions. Keep any documents relating to the accident and fax the documents to Peugeot Assistance. In the event of your vehicle being stolen once you have notified Peugeot, the promissory note amount will not be invoked.

Do I need to leave a deposit when I arrive or pay for any extras?

No. Once you have paid DriveAway you will be given a prepaid voucher, this will cover you for your long term car hire and there are no extras to pay other than tolls, highway charges or fuel. There is no deposit required or credit card imprints taken at time of collection.
