Wake up to a beautiful outback sunrise and drive along the Diamantina Development Road northeast to Windorah in the heart of the Channel Country. Travel east along the Warrego Highway and take a break in Roma, home of the Big Rig. Continue onto Miles Historical Village , its ‘streetscape’ of 30 buildings breathing life into a bygone era. See the heritage-listed Woolshed at Jondaryan, the largest and oldest operating woolshed in the world, before arriving back in Toowoomba. Choose to end your drive in Toowoomba or stay another night before returning to Brisbane (156km).
