Outside of the baggage claim, on the Lower/Arrivals Level, look for the sign reading “Rental Car Shuttles” featuring a purple icon displaying a car and key. This is where you will wait for your agency’s shuttle. Alternatively, the free airport shuttle drops passengers off at 'Lot C' where the car rental offices are located.

LAX has nine passenger terminals arranged in the shape of the letter U or a horseshoe.
